Contexte et mission :
Chair meetings of the Project Steering Committee to ensure annual work plans are reviewed, debated and adapted to reflect ever changing situations and feedback, bringing together all implementing partners and technical inputs as needed
Convene Advisory Group semi-annually and on an ad hoc basis as required
Brief USAID on CBCWT updates and developments; relay USAID feedback to the larger team
Liaise with Chief of Party to refine joint indicators, coordinate efforts and find ever greater ways in which to leverage off of each other’s efforts.
Co-facilitate start up workshop to confirm parties’ respective roles and responsibilities.
Profil recherché :
At least ten years of experience in the design and implementation of international development projects;
At least five years of senior-level project management experience in conflict-affected environments, experience in eastern DRC preferred;
Adequate experience to oversee the administrative, contracting, financial and logistical aspects of the goals and objectives as described in the application.
Post-graduate degree in relevant fields such as international development, education, economics, or business;
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, including the ability to build and manage cooperative high-level relationships and motivate subordinates;
Experience working with vulnerable groups, i.e. inclusive program experience;
Experience with achieving gender equity in programming;
Proficient oral and written skills in English and French
