Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a fulltime  Account Manager  to join our growing sales team.  The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in the sales domain with a specialization in account management with a minimum of three years working experience. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Customer relationship planning;
  • Payment collection, customer relationship maintaining & improvement ;
  • New business development;
  • Work collaboratively with Project Management to develop strategies and specific approaches to be able to identify sales opportunities during project implementation;
  • Handle customer complaints and satisfaction;
  • Translate strategy into action plans, taking the impact of actions and solutions on other areas of the business, as well as the interdependency of units;

Requirements:

  • Good customer service skills and presentable;
  • Able to work under pressure and independently;
  • Good presentation , interpersonal, problem solving skills and communication skills;
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English;
  • Proficient in using office software;
  • Accept flexible working hours;
  • Solid experience in telecommunications field (at least 2 years’ experience in a sales role), and more than 3 years’ experience in international telecom company in a similar will be an advantage;
  • Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications, Finance, International Trade or equivalent will be an advantage;
