Operations Manager

Contexte et mission :

We are actively looking for our future Operations Manager. This person should demonstrate a strong passion for luxury beauty (haircare, skincare, cosmetics, etc.) both professionally and personally.  This person’s responsibilities will be to manage the processes for pushing various projects forward to deliver measurable and strategically meaningful results, tackling problem solving head on & leveraging data to increase output & optimize revenue opportunities. 
 
 
Identify market needs, new-to-market beauty products and marketing re-support programs using consumer insights, market trends, and internal portfolio assessment in order to further Luxico Africa’s brand partners’ growth objectives categories strategies.
Proactively initiate and drive deadlines and marketing deliverables in all aspects of new global program development, from concept and formulation to program kickoff to final program delivery, on time and under budget.
Stay abreast of global competitive activity and trends, conduct competitive analysis, assess new competitive product launches, and create presentation materials as needed.
Analyze competitive data (NPD Rankings, product mix, retail pricing, top selling promotions) to utilize as tool in seasonal planning and as needed.
Participate in leading new projects for the team as needed to address issues/new business opportunities (global pricing, sales opportunities).
Evaluate effectiveness of programs in order to continuously learn from worldwide marketing efforts and improve future programs.
Supervise and develop subordinates by creating development plans and mentoring employees.
 

Profil recherché :

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent Microsoft skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Professional proficiency in both French and English a must
