Marketing & Event Manager

Contexte et mission :

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and organizing public event, coordinating stakeholders, internal & external resources;
  • Drafting and polishing press release, speaking notes, byline article and interview script;
  • Coordination with media agency, journalists on public events;
  • Be familiar with all departments, identify corporate internal media demand, and help to constantly improve corporate image

Profil recherché :

Qualifications for Media Manager Skills requirement:

  • No less than 2 years in corporate MKT dept./event agency/media agency with MKT planning, event organizing & hosting, editorial drafting or in a similar role;
  • Excellent oral and written skills in French is a must;
  • Good understanding of English written language;
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, Word, PPT, EXCEL;
  • High personal communication skills;
  • Bachelor or higher degree, majoring in Marketing, Journalism, French Literature, Communication, Business administration, or related specialties;

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements: 

  • Understanding of marketing event operation with real life practice
  • Experience in corporate public event organization;
  • Experience in journalistic article writing, advertisement text creation;
  • Understanding of local media and social media landscape;
  • Understanding of information & telecommunication technology is highly appreciated;
  • Experience in video documentary content production is appreciated;
  • Experience in social media content creation is appreciated;
